The Jackson Square Mule
This unique cocktail combines the sweet flavors of Pineapple , Strawberries, and Ginger syrup with the nice bold taste of Remy Martin 1738 Cognac. Top off with some vodka and soda water that blends so well together it’s like nothing we’ve ever tried. Not too sweet, not too strong, just the right amount, it’s a must try!
Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce lime
- ½ ounce pineapple syrup
- ½ ounce strawberry syrup
- ¼ ounce ginger syrup
- ½ ounce Green Mark Vodka
- 1 ½ ounce Remy Martin 1738
- 1 ½ ounces soda water
- Mint crown, dehydrated pineapple wheel and sliced strawberries, for garnish
Directions:
Add all ingredients except garnishes and soda water to a mixing tin with a few cubes of ice and shake “soft and short”. Add soda water and strain into a copper mug. Top with crushed ice and garnish with mint crown, dehydrated pineapple and sliced strawberries.
