- 2 ounces Jura Superstition single malt Scotch whisky
- 1/2 ounce yuzu juice
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- Fever-Tree ginger ale, to top
- Lemon peel, for garnish
- Shake the first three ingredients with ice, then pour into a copper mug, over ice.
- Top up with the ginger ale, and then garnish with lemon peel.
My inspiration was the Asian-themed venue where I work, and this culture’s tendency to strive for perfection. The name comes from a blend of the smokiness of the Scottish whisky, and the fact that the word “ass” was out of the question!
